The "Likno JavaScript/CSS Menus" module implements a way to create stylish menus for any Drupal site. Apart from including the already known philosophy of modifying the appearance of any Drupal menu by just selecting the menu parent and applying a new style, as implemented in the "Nice Menus" or the "Superfish" module, this module introduces a different way to create and manage the content of a menu.

Overview

I had a discussion a couple of years ago about how to best create a Drupal front page that contains no content. That is, we want to build front pages that don't contain normal Drupal node-based content. Our front pages are made up of blocks instead.

Automatically updates the Drupal search index when a node is added or updated, on the fly, without the need to execute cron.php.

This module should be used when an up-to-date index is desired/required after any addition or update of indexable node content. Not just after the successful execution of cron.php.

This module is ideal for projects where, other than search indexing, there is no need to run cron often. Use this module to ensure your search index is up-to-date while keeping the frequency of cron executions to a minimum.
