Tripal is a toolkit for construction of online biological (genetics, genomics, breeding, etc), community database, and is a member of the GMOD family of tools. Tripal provides by default integration with the GMOD Chado database schema and Drupal, a popular Content Management Systems (CMS). Tripal is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2.

This module integrates with the Tagadelic module to display configurable tag cloud blocks whose links populate a query string, rather than linking to taxonomy/term/XYZ.

This is useful for populating Views exposed filters, as the link path is configurable per block, or can be left blank to use the path of the current page being viewed. Any other query strings will remain populated when the tag link is clicked, only the designated key will be modified.

This module provides integration into Amazon SNS. It provides administrative interfaces for managing topics and publishing messages. It also incorporates some API functionality to publish messages for channels. This module is most useful for developers who maintain a network of independent Drupal sites and need a push mechanism to communicate system events.

The PHPExcel module allows developers to export/import data to/from real Excel files.

The idea behind this module is to have a single module for handling the export or import of Excel files, instead of multiple modules handling specific cases.

The module provides no functionality as-is (the .module file is as good as empty). The phpexcel.inc file must be included to use the export or import functions in your own module.
