Considering that Aegir can do this and is probably the best route, I'm discontinuing development on this project.
Simple module that kicks off cron calls to the sites within a multi-site Drupal installation. Simply point your cron job wget (or whatever you use) at your main site's cron.php and cronall will call cron.php on all your sub-sites.
24.02.2011. Do to some internal reasons new development of this module will be happening on http://drupal.org/project/qforms. Qforms is complete rewrite of simpleforms module, only the end user functionality is similar, code and module logic are completely different.
If you are using simpleforms please consider to switch to qforms module. I will not further develop simpleforms. Sorry for this complication.

Podgroups is a CCK group type that allows content creators to define nested tree data structures comprised of instances of the defined podgroups. Depending on the configuration options selected in the podgroup, content creators can place these nested structures in regions defined in the theme.

This module adds a menu browser to the content forms. Users don't choose "parent" and "weight" for the menu item they are adding. Instead they choose a menu, and the menu gets loaded using ajax.
