The Visual VoIP Drupal module provides a graphical programming language that facilitates the creation of VoIP Drupal scripts.
Visual VoIP Drupal is built on ScriptBlocks, a JavaScript/HMTL5 library specifically designed by MIT to support the creation of online blocks-based programming GUIs.
This module aims to bring originality to drupal comments. More often than not the majority of comments on a website will be things like 'lol' or perhaps just some copypasta.
With this module enabled each comment is checked against other comments to see if what is commented has been said before. Think r9k for comments!
This module extends the backup functionality of Aegir. It adds a tab to the site content type. The tab shows the backups and enables per backup actions (Restore, Delete and Get).

Day Tripper is for displaying a number of events on an agenda along with a routing map. The drag-n-drop events are simultaneously rendered as locations on a Google Map with corresponding directions. If the user re-arranges the events on the agenda (via drag-n-drop), then the order of the corresponding locations on the Google Map (the rout), along with the appropriate directions from point to point, update to match the newly arranged events.

User progress is an API for fine grain event tracking of a user through your site. This has been developed for use within the context of education and charting student progression through out a system but should be able to be used in any drupal site to track certain user actions.
