The eBooks Search module is a library-related module that is meant to assist visitors to library websites that have integrations with various eBook vendors such as 3M and Overdrive. Instead of having your library customers leave your Drupal site and go out to individually search the vendor sites for the eBooks they're looking for, this module allows the search to be conducted from within the context of the Drupal site.

Current integrations are with 3M and Overdrive, but we're definitely looking for more integrations from other libraries and eBook vendors.

 

Pinwall provides for each user a "Facebook-like" pinwall, where every user can write posts and reply to them.

Cookie control

A simple cookie control module. Gives you the option to prevent specific javascript from loading at hook_js_alter. All used messages are configurable and translatable.

Other modules can access the visitors preference by a using the function cookiebar_get_status().

Visitor preference

The users preference is stored at his computer, using a cookie, for at most 5 years.

This project is integration taskbar activity with rules module.

New Book by Default is a simple module that allows administrators to set which content types (e.g. Book page) will have the "<create a new book>" option enabled by default.

This may be useful when creating and structuring content using the Book outline hierarchy.

This module integrates the archive.org BookReader as a field formatter for ImageFields.

The module is under active development and a first stable release for Drupal 6 will be made available by the end of 2012. I will then try to port this module to D7 and D8.

This module integrates the music typesetting software LilyPond into Drupal. The module itself provides an API for developers to use the shell commands provided by LilyPond.

The module requires an existing installation of LilyPond on your webserver, as well as access rights of your webservice user to the libraries and binaries of LilyPond.

In the future, this module will provide Rules integration, so uploaded files can be automatically processed with LilyPond.

Provides a Geonames autocomplete for fields.

Very useful if you need users to select cities like in facebook. It retrieves any type of geoname (country, province, city, etc) till the lowest level and stores it on the database to reduce requests.

It also supports multilanguage so users can find places on their preferred language.

Fields can be displayed and filtered on views since it's automatically integrated.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

The Civil Rights CAPTCHA module uses the Civil Rights CAPTCHA free anti-spam CAPTCHA service. The Civil Rights CAPTCHA provides a fact about a human rights issue or event and requires the user to select a word that matches how they feel. The CAPTCHA is passed if the answer showing empathy is selected.
