This module doesn't not simply provide an admin interface for toggling the toolbar and it doesn't disable it outright. Instead it allows you to use any number of context conditions to assert whether the toolbar should appear or not.

Geolocation OSM is a submodule for Geolocation Field. It offers most of the options of the Geolocation Google Maps Submodule but with a configurable OpenStreetMap tile server operator (or Mapbox) and with the geocoding features of the Nominatim address search.
It should be integrated in some branch of Geolocation Field some day.
